Three notes from the workshop.

Building got easy. Distribution did not. The agent that lands a useful artifact in the channel a customer already checks, on day one, beats the one with the better demo every time. The hard problem is getting permission to use the existing channel — not getting the build to work.

You don’t read the memo for the memo. You read it because something you trusted bothered to make it. The output is throwaway; the agent — the configured, persistent, trusted thing — is the asset. Build for trust accumulation, not for output quality alone. Trust compounds; output does not.

“Got any more of those agents?” is the only retention question that matters. If a customer is asking it, you have a business. If they aren’t, model upgrades won’t fix you. Measure the question, not the DAU.
